Another Superb Super Hero In the Faith

When you have to break ranks with what once double, tripled, and possibly quadrupled your income to follow the King Of Kings, you are one of the greatest heroes alive. The Lord said it was easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle then one who trusted in his riches to be saved Mark 10:24. Because their thinking, “ I’ve already got everything, why do I need Jesus?” But, ohh this man Levi, or Matthew, the tax collector, didn’t shrug his shoulders at the thought of lost. He just followed the cadence of Jesus, and became rich on the inside. Jesus latter responded to his disciples that said, “we have left all to follow you, what shall we have?” Let’s listen to his response:

Mark 10:29-31
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. 31 But many that are first shall be last; and the last first.

Matthew gained the ability to have the best of both worlds.

Matthew, we salute your operation of faith, for you helped show the way for others with great substance to get in on eternal life.

“Up From The Grave,”Faith’s Triumphant Song

Faith had a purpose, from the very beginning,

Christ’s life a ransom, for man who’s sinning,

kept locks and chains upon his life,

with Satan’s watchmen riding high.

Ohhh but up from the grave, faith’s triumphant song,

death couldn’t hold him, He broke Satan’s arm.

The Savior stripped death and the grave of it’s right,

To hold men captive, for Christ rose in death’s sight!

Yes sing with me: “redemption, redemption, redemption is nigh.”

For us He was crucified, but heralded through the Apostle’s wise:

“Our sweet Jesus not dead but alive.” Now you can be free, your faith in the Triumphant King, your release, walk with him in faith, receive his peace.

1 John 1-4

1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2 ( For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) 3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. 4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

Faith Seemed to Shrivel and Fade Away

“We walked with him. We heard his teachings. We saw his miracles. We had hoped, that he would be the Messiah.” A dark day approached the disciples of Jesus. They would go into deep sorrow. For could not the leaders see, that the hand of God was upon him. How tragic things appeared to be. Would this be the last that they would hear of the man of Galilee? This Friday commemorates the seemingly devastating defeat at least to the kingdom of darkness. But in just three days……

Matthew 27 King James Version (KJV)
27 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:
2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.
3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.
6 And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.
7 And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter’s field, to bury strangers in.
8 Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day.
9 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;

Faith Advocates For Freedom

God’s great desire is to show himself strong on our behalf. We must always keep in mind that they that come to God, MUST believe that he is, and MUST believe that he is a REWARDER of them that DILIGENTLY seek him. In other words our attention shifts to his deliverance, and away from the present bondage. Is something holding you in captivity? Your faith in God’s words has the ability to break and shatter every chain.

Hebrews 11:6
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Faith’s Assignment

Faith’s assignment is to bring you into the fullness of his grace, such a mighty position and place. For when God’s grace abides in your life, the fullest expression of King Jesus is seen, his Spirit is honored, the Father glorified.

John 15:8

King James Version
Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciple

Faith’s Training Wheels

The transition from childhood to spiritual maturity takes place day by day. Like natural growth, we learn with training wheels so to speak. But when our parent see that we are ready, they take the training wheels off and away we go! We start with the knowledge of faith as babies, then infant toddlers, and so forth. Enjoy every stage of your growth process, for God loves to teach you and watch you grow in grace and in his knowledge through faith.

2 Peter 3:18

King James Bible
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen

Faith Recognizes the Power in His Name

There is no other name given Among men, in whereby we must be saved.
Acts 4:12 ( the name of Jesus)

The name of the Lord is a strong tower the righteousness ( those who have called upon Jesus); run into it and are safe!
Proverbs 18: 10

9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13

Call on his Name today, he will save you.

Faith Activates Your Guardian Angels

The most important thing in life is to be born of the Spirit and to know the risen Christ. However, he did not leave us to fare in this life alone. We got those big guys, you know the ones with wings; they are God’s army, his heavenly hosts. Their ministry has been sadly neglected. They are to wait upon you, so that you will be protected. Are they not all ministering spirits [sent forth] to minister for those who would be heirs of salvation? Yes they are.

Hebrews 1:14-2:2-4 King James Version (KJV)
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

2 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.

3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

Faith’s Quests

Faith’s Quests produce rest. But go after the faith of God with all that is within you. Don’t hold back now. Pursue and chase after God; determine to over take and occupy your designated space. Once you’ve attained to your heavenly position, shoot that faith out towards your brethren. It will catch fire and soon those you reach will come up higher.

Ephesians 2:6 King James Version (KJV)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
