Faith for the Spirit

What was done in yester-year shall spring forth again and abruptly appear. Will you by faith move out by the Spirit? Will you be called, “Beloved” by God; one who pressed in without fear? Will the Spirit of God call you precious and dear? (To God, there is no one more precious than you, we are talking about in service). Will you be the one to open, unlock, unearth, the Holy Spirit to do Mighty works and demonstrate God’s Glory in the earth? Your obedience to the Spirit of God will yield, faith with powerful demonstrations, that reverberate to every nation. Oh, peace like a river to you, He will surely strengthen, encourage, and equip you.

Hebrews 11:32-35

32 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:

33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions. 34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. 35 Women received their dead raised to life again:These things were done in Faith by the power of the Holy Spirit

Amazing Songs

One of such melodies was written by Edwin S. Ufford in 1888

Throw out the lifeline across the dark wave;
There is a brother whom someone should save;
Somebody’s brother! Oh, who then will dare
To throw out the lifeline, his peril to share?

  • Refrain:
    Throw out the lifeline! Throw out the lifeline!
    Someone is drifting away;
    Throw out the lifeline! Throw out the lifeline!
    Someone is sinking today.
  1. Throw out the lifeline with hand quick and strong:
    Why do you tarry, why linger so long?
    See! he is sinking; oh, hasten today
    And out with the lifeboat! Away, then, away!
  2. Throw out the lifeline to danger-fraught men,
    Sinking in anguish where you’ve never been;
    Winds of temptation and billows of woe
    Will soon hurl them out where the dark waters flow.
  3. Soon will the season of rescue be o’er,
    Soon will they drift to eternity’s shore;
    Haste, then, my brother, no time for delay,
    But throw out the lifeline and save them today.
  4. This is the lifeline, oh, tempest-tossed men,
    Baffled by waves of temptation and sin;
    Wild winds of passion, your strength cannot brave,
    But Jesus is mighty, and Jesus can save.
  5. Jesus is able! To you who are driv’n
    Farther and farther from God and from Heav’n,
    Helpless and hopeless, o’erwhelmed by the wave,
    We throw out the lifeline—’tis, “Jesus can save.”
  6. This is the lifeline, oh, grasp it today!
    See, you are recklessly drifting away;
    Voices in warning, shout over the wave,
    Oh, grasp the strong lifeline, for Jesus can save.

Jesus Is Reaching for You

A Safe Passage

Before radar and sonar, and other devices that detect objects, in the waters, there were many maritime accidents that occurred. Early pioneers experienced many hardships, and difficulties as they set out on their journeys. They learned through trial-and-error hand through much loss from time to time, what lay beyond the scope of what they could see. Now much to our advantage, we have a compass, a radar, a guidepost so to speak. (It’s the Word of God!) We also have one who has gone on before us. His name is Jesus who is called Christ. A safe passage is available to all who call upon Him with their whole heart, and are willing to make His Word, their Word.

God was their Safe Passage of Old

Isaiah 43:1b,2

Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Jesus, God’s Son Is Our Safe Passage In the New

John 10:7-10

7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Who Shall Stand Before the Lord?

Shall the Watchman stand before the Lord,

Shall the Preacher Or Presiding Leader afford,

Shall the Deacons and Deaconess present their Lives,

Shall their Parishioners give account before the risen Christ.

Shall the Commanding Officers of a mighty Force

Shall the Countless Refugees, give an account to God Almighty,

Shall the Executive Judicial and Legislative Branch have amnesty, before the high courts of Heaven and just go free?

According to the Word of God, everyone including you and me, must stand before God individually.

Revelation 20:12-13

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead

With Great Repetition

Over and over and over again, allow the peace of God’s word enter in. Then all that was planned, and determined beforehand, God will uphold, His plan shall unfold. (A word for those who have determined to make Jesus Lord, by obeying His Words)

Just Another Ordinary Day

It’s just another ordinary day that God so desires to fill your world with His. He is so in love with you, He doesn’t think about to many other things. That great longing of the heart, to give you a brand-new start. To let you know just how special you really are. Is it possible that you will hear Him this time? Is it possible that you will be willing to Let His Son shine, in the midst of your heart? Softly and sweetly, Jesus is speaking, answer Him now, Will you?

John 3:16

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Faith Refreshes When the Days Are Long

Go back to the word. Ahh what did God say about that? Yes, that’s what I believe. Life is sweet. God is Good. Not one of his promises has gone unfulfilled because I believe, and my faith is grounded in what he has said. Thus, I am refreshed.

1 John 5:14

“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:”

1 John 5:15

“And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.”

The Anointing; The Love Of The Father

Ah, why did you say that? Well, let me explain it. You see the Holy Spirit is the very heart of the Father and Son’s operation.  He is like the Cupcake song says, the Honybunch Sugarplum Pumpy-Umpy-Umpkin He’s the Greatest Sweetie Pie. Lol. It Gets better, He’s our Cupcake Gumdrop Snoogums Snoogums, yes you see, he’s the apple our Eyes…he is the foot soldier of Love, in other words, when one stands upon the word where healing is concerned, he rises with anointed love, and alleviates the disease in turn. The anointing of course is defined as: the burden removing yoke destroying power of God, but its through extreme love that we experience that release, as we honor the anointed word,  the Spirit like a dove brings us health and peace.

2 Cor !3;14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen
