Have you ever been pressured to silence when if you had just pressed a little while longer you would have received a blessing? Many times the masses are going cross ways with God’s Spirit. In other words you begin to reach out to receive the provision that Christ purchased for you, then those around begin to discourage you by saying, “you’d better be careful, God is not interested in those things now, you go to the doctor, and get medical attention ASAP.” Thank God for medical science, it is beneficial in many ways, but if you have something medical science can’t help, some will say that’s just your lot in life. Why are you trying to get out of the will of God. If your willing to rise above the voices of the masses, then Jesus will see you as he passes, and you will walk with him in the provision he gave his life that you could walk in.
Mark 10:42
46 Next, they came to Jericho. And as Jesus and His disciples were leaving Jericho with a large crowd, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the road. 47 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
48 Many people admonished him to be silent, but he cried out all the louder, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.”
So they called the blind man. “Take courage!” they said. “Get up! He is calling for you.”
50 Throwing off his cloak, Bartimaeus jumped up and came to Jesus.
51 “What do you want Me to do for you?” Jesus asked.
“Rabboni,” said the blind man, “I want to see again.”
52 “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.
